Dear Readers,
Since late last year we have been involved in an extended conciliation process with AFCA and RACQ and as part of that process we agreed not to discuss related issues. (That was not smart, on our part. Little did we realise just how long RACQ would manage to drag this out.)
Anyway, we haven’t been posting because we gave our word.
We remain hopeful that an Ombudsman can bring us restitution and closure in the near future and intend on picking this back up again as soon as we can.
